Individual therapy will help you learn new coping skills and techniques to reliably manage and overcome your unique obstacles. Using meditation, Exposure Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), we develop constructive skills for you to use in everyday life.
